1. Wholesale inventory & availability
Inventory is sold in wholesale lots and can change quickly. A listing being visible does not guarantee that the lot remains available until we confirm the order. Product name, SKU, quantity, grade and listed lot price identify the offer.
2. Condition, grading & lot details
Used computer lots may be graded A, B or C and may include cosmetic imperfections, missing parts or functional issues where stated. Units move through a structured testing and quality-control workflow in which specifications, physical condition and appearance are reviewed and recorded. Devices that complete testing are marked Quality Check Ready before inventory processing. Hard drives are wiped and ready for operating-system installation when stated for that lot. Cords, cables, chargers and other accessories are not included unless specifically stated.
3. Pricing & order confirmation
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and apply to the listed wholesale lot. Pricing and availability remain subject to confirmation before payment. Taxes, freight, export charges or special handling may apply depending on the destination and transaction.
4. Payment terms
After availability, shipping and the final order total are confirmed, payment can be made by bank wire or secure credit-card payment. Invoices must be paid in full within the payment window stated on the invoice, normally within 48 hours. Bank and wire-transfer fees are the buyer's responsibility. Proof of completed payment may be required. Partial payments do not reserve inventory unless we confirm otherwise in writing. If payment is not completed within the stated window, the lot may be released to another buyer.
Credit-card details should only be entered through the secure payment process. For your protection, do not send full card information by email, WhatsApp or ordinary chat.
5. Shipping & pickup
Shipping is prepared from our main warehouse in Atlanta. Before dispatch, the quality control team verifies the contents of each pallet and the condition is documented. Appropriate shrink wrap thickness and industrial strapping are used for palletized merchandise. Desktop computers are arranged at controlled heights for safe transport, hard drives are stored in individual anti-static bubble bags, and laptops are protected with industrial-grade bubble wrap. Shipping method, freight cost and delivery timing are confirmed for each wholesale order. Depending on shipment size, weight and destination, orders may move through UPS, FedEx, commercial freight or trucking carriers. Carrier, customs or other delays outside our control may affect transit times.
6. Returns & discrepancies
Any return or discrepancy request must relate to the condition or quantity represented for the lot and must be reported promptly after delivery. Approved returns or remedies require prior authorization and inspection. Products may not be returned merely because the buyer changes resale plans or market conditions. Any order-specific return terms shown on the invoice take priority.
7. Privacy & inquiry data
We collect the business contact and shipping information you submit so we can respond to wholesale inquiries, verify availability, prepare quotes and process orders. We do not sell inquiry information to unrelated third parties. Service providers may process information only as needed to operate the website, communications, payments or shipping.
